Successfully defended the same clients and their company when business was, again, threatened by the same party who attempted to overturn the ruling by taking it to the Court of Appeals.
Represented and successfully defended an over the road trucking corporation accused of wrongful termination of an employee in a case involving the Occupational Safety & Health Administration and the United States Department of Labor.
