Successfully defended and prevented the Trial Court from granting an injunction against a photography and videography company in case surrounding an alleged violation of a non-compete agreement. Successfully defended the same clients and their company when business was, again, threatened by the same party who attempted to overturn the ruling by taking it to the Court of Appeals.

Represented and successfully defended an over the road trucking corporation accused of wrongful termination of an employee in a case involving the Occupational Safety & Health Administration and the United States Department of Labor.

Defended and successfully eliminated the risk of financial loss for a group of doctors and healthcare professionals, accused of overbilling Medicare and Medicaid, by performing a complex audit of treatment and billing procedures which demonstrated compliance with existing law and billing requirements.  Successfully negotiated a voluntary release of the government’s claim saving the practice group over $20,000 dollars in expenses.

Successfully negotiated a business-to-business billing dispute regarding a service contract during an emergency action.  A settlement was reached by joining a party’s insurance company in the litigation and the matter was ultimately resolved through negotiation which saved both businesses over $11,000 dollars in needless court expenses.

Reviewed hospital’s in-house procedures to determine whether they could be held liable for the acts and/or negligence of their Staff Physicians and Doctors that were provided hospital privileges.

Reviewed a client’s explanation of benefits and insurance company’s policy and term definitions in order to obtain coverage for the client’s necessary medical procedure.

Aided a woman who, as a result of injury and surgery could no longer work, in obtaining her social security disability qualification and ultimately payments.
